Poker Study AI

Privacy Policy

Effective June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Poker Study AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile app and website (the “Service”). Poker Study AI is a study and training tool. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or play for real currency.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account information. When you sign in, our authentication providers (Clerk on mobile, Stack Auth on the web) collect your email address and a unique account identifier. We use these to create and secure your account.
  • Training activity. As you drill and review hands, we store your training results — such as the spots you practice, your chosen actions, accuracy, and progress over time — linked to your account so we can show your statistics.
  • Hand histories you upload. If you upload poker hand histories on the website, we store and process their contents to provide review and analysis features.
  • Technical data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process standard technical information (such as IP address, device type, and request logs) needed to deliver and secure the Service.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card numbers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
  • To track and display your training progress and statistics.
  • To analyze and improve the Service and develop new features.
  • To respond to your requests and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:

  • Authentication: Clerk and Stack Auth, to manage sign-in and accounts.
  • Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel and related cloud providers, to host and run the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data Retention

We keep your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at michael@hft.studio and we will process your request.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
